With more than 20 years of prestigious national and regional firm experience, Mr. Brown has combined his exceptional financial and tax consulting skills and his passion to serve and collaborate with entrepreneurs and emerging businesses. His professional experience includes: Federal, multi-state and international taxation, Mergers and acquisitions, exits strategy planning, CFO and investment strategy services for emerging and venture backed companies.

Mr. Brown is highly engaged in the South Florida entrepreneurial ecosystem. He has served on boards of venture capital and angel investor associations. He currently serves as a mentor for the FAU Tech Runway. He has published many articles, given presentations  and sat on expert business panels.
